1. Shipping Charges

For order above Rs. 599 shipping is absolutely free.

Rs. 50 shipping charges are applicable on orders below Rs. 599.

2. Shipment processing time

Your orders are processed within 24-48 hours of order confirmation. However, each location has a different delivery time frame committed by the courier partner. You can expect your order to be delivered to you within 2-3 working days in major cities and 12-15 days for other locations as per your pin code.

You can track your order online once it is dispatched.

In case of multiple product orders, we may not process or ship all items in your order together due to product non availability. We will intimate you in such cases by a call or E-mail.

In case of high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via call or E-mail.

3. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation E-mail once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

4. Shipment Delivery

Your order(s) will be delivered to your door steps within the speculated time.

At the time of delivery, if you feel packaging is damaged or tampered with, or there is missing item in the invoice enclosed you can refuse to accept the delivery. You can contact us immediately at  09222 67 9222 with your order number or write to us at eco@sheways.in. We will ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.


Important Notes

In the unlikely event, we are unable to deliver any item in your order, be assured that you will not be charged for that item in case of Cash on Delivery payment, or the full amount charged for the item will be refunded in case of online payments. 

In the unlikely event, we are not able to ship your order completely within 10-15 working days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an E-mail informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded to your bank account, Sheways wallet or via cheque (details of which will be furnished by you separately to us) as per your convenience.
